Interactive Groups
Communication skills are important when working within the Care Sector. We actively look for talented individuals, who are strong communicators to work in our care homes. We find recruitment through interactive group exercises is the most effective way of assessing these skills, which means you could have little experience or lots of experiences, but if you have passion, drive and enthusiasm you could be the candidate for us.
All staff must be a member of the PVG Scheme (Protection of Vulnerable Groups) which is applied for, by Abbotsford, after a conditional offer of employment is made. All new staff joining our team must complete our compulsory orientation programme covering topics such as Fire Awareness, Moving & Handling, Infection Control, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults and many more.
