Jacqui, our Activites co-ordinator, has been running regular seated exercise classes.
These seated exercise sessions happen usually in the morning and help everyone to wake up and stretch for the day ahead. We have a resident who has had limited movement in one of her shoulders but by combining these sessions along with physio and she has seen a marked difference in her range of movement. She also said the sessions with Jacqui are a lot more fun!
