Puppet Gang Fun in Newburgh

We had a super visit from ‘The Puppet Gang’ on a wet Wednesday afternoon. We had a ‘puppet’ performance from Dolly Parton and Elvis amongst others.
The lounge in Inchcolm was full of residents and family, every seat was filled! The performance started and the puppets were taken around, they ‘sang’ and interacted with everyone in the room. It was one of our residents birthday so she was serenaded by a puppet Louis Armstrong singing ‘Happy Birthday’! The residents reacted so well and really had fun playing with or singing back to the puppets. Towards the end of the performance we were treated to a ‘Bubble Show’. “That’s the biggest bubble | have ever seen” one resident commented! All in all it was a super afternoon, followed by a cup of tea and cake!
