We have a wonderful resident in our Raasay unit called Jane. When senior care worker Frances is on duty Jane loves to help. So much so that Frances ordered her a red tabard and a name badge to make it feel a bit more special.
Jane says: "I love helping in Raasay. I help with tidying and I like to serve meals. I really like to be useful!"
This opportunity to help has given Jane a real sense of belonging and has given her a boost of confidence.
