Lets make... Lemon Curd!

One of our lovely residents said she always loved lemon curd on toasts, Maya, one of our hardworking carers decided that they would spend an afternoon making some!
Maya and the lemon curd lovin resident found a recipe and gathered all the ingredients. A fun afternoon was had zesting lemons and creating sweet mixture. Once the lemon curd was made it was enjoyed by all the residents in all of our units. 'Please make more' was the comment from an ethusiastic toats and lemon curd eater!
