Visit from Zoo Lab at Headwell

There was much anticipation at Headwell on Friday wondering what creatures we would be seeing from our first visit from Zoo Lab. September is Zoo Labs care home visiting month and we had high hopes for an exciting and thrilling visit (including the staff).
What a great morning with Ross our handler from Zoo Lab who brought along creatures great and small. We met Eddie the Lizard, cockroaches, a snake which matched one of the ladies’ cardigans. A lovely jumpy frog. Residents were able to touch and hold the animals, Cathy said I didn’t realise snakes were so smooth. It was a fantastic visit and we have asked them back again in November for another visit.
