Susan Slight Retirement Party
Thursday, 13 September 2018
Susan has worked with Headwell House since the home opened. She has seen it all and she has many fond memories of the home especially in Beech where she worked for a few years as a senior. She then stepped down to the carer as she went part-time, wanted more time to travel.
Susan’s shoes were hard to fill. Susan then worked on the main floors which she settled into well and she kept us all on our toes. Now the time has come where she has hung her tunic up for good on 7th September. She left the home for a new adventure in her retirement. On her last day, the staff and residents gave her a day to remember with a retirement party which she never expected. Susan had many tears throughout the afternoon but was happy with the gifts she received by all.
Susan will be missed by everyone.
