Summer Fete at Headwell

On a bright and not too rainy day in August we held our annual summer fete at Headwell House. We hold 3 fete every year at Easter, Summer and Christmas. All monies raised go towards our resident’s social funds for transport and outings and activity equipment in house.
We welcomed residents, relatives and friends to our summer fete, many staff also attended and brought along their children, we had a visit from the local fire station who invited children to sit in the fire engine. We had stalls including cake and candy, bottle stall and also a raffle. We had the body shop and also sweet treats. We were very grateful to everyone who gave us donations to raise funds, it was a great afternoon. We raised over £900 for our resident’s funds.
First request from residents is already in for large electronic bingo machine!!
