Claire Berry, Employee of the Year

Claire Berry, a senior carer working at Dunfermline's Abbotsford care home, Headwell House, was the winner at the recent awards evening of the Employee of the Year.
Claire was one of 12 nominations taken from the employee of the month winners, across all Abbotsford's homes in Fife, for the year during 2014 and was chosen on the night by the audience.
Claire is a diligent worker supporting her residents to reach their potential. Claire is shown being congratulated by Senior Manager Margaret Bridgeford and Director Karen McKechnie.
Another winner from the Headwell House staff team was Nicole McAlister who was recognised for her work in fund raising over £800 for the residents in her care by taking part in a bungee jump and other social events.
