Lynn, a Success Story

Domestic staff at Chambers Court help volunteer to join the Abbotsford family by helping her to gain confidence within the workplace and develop her social skills which has led to her permanent employment.
Lynn came to Chambers Court as a volunteer domestic, which was set up through West Fife.
This placement was to help her built confidence and to mix with other people.
Lynn worked alongside our domestic staff Connie, Christine and Margaret who showed her skills and tasks within our care home that she could also take home with her.
Christine and Connie said that Lynn is always happy, willing and helpful when she comes in.
Lynn done well during her volunteer placement that Abbotsford helped in her improvement by employing her in a domestic post.
