Staff assisted our residents with some home baking.
Before everyone got started, activities coordinator Ray and care staff assisted everyone to get their aprons on as today they were going to make chocolate fudge cake and muffins.
Jock started off by mixing the fudge mix and Rachel the muffin mix. All residents then took turns in stirring the mixtures.
Christina then decided she would like to have a taste which she enjoyed.
Everyone then had a turn of filling the cake cases with the mixture. When it came to John’s turn, he decided to have a spoonful to himself as it was better than putting it in the casing.
Once they had filled all the cases with the muffin mix, Jock then poured all of the chocolate fudge cake mix into a baking tray while Helen evened it all out with a spoon
