Wales came to castle gait manor this lovely spring Sunday with residents celebrating St David’s Day….People in Wales celebrate the patron saint St David on March 1 every year. Many people pin a daffodil or leek on there clothing. So Daffys for the woman and leeks for the gents.
Coll residents enjoyed a Welsh themed day today by celebrating the patron saint of wales. Jean said I hope your going to make a pot of soup with those leeks. Residents Mima ,jean, Alex and Billy said what a lovely way to celebrate the beginning of spring too with some nice spring flowers and its always nice to have a wee cup of tea and cake no matter what the occasion!!!
