Care Home Open Day 2015

Residents from Castle Gait Manor put out all the stops for National Care Home Open Day, which was held in Coll unit on Friday 19th June. The event saw residents, staff and relatives enjoying a country and western themed day of fun.
Everyone enjoyed dancing the afternoon away, with musical entertainment provided by Tom Scott, singing plenty country classics. Relatives, friends and members of the community were also in attendance at the Open Day. Residents and staff donned their cowboy hats and checked shirts and even put on their very own dance routine for all to see! There was a delicious banquet which included a bean feast and there was even some moonshine on offer to wash it all down.
