Residents have a blast in Blackpool

Janet Pollock, Maureen Ritchie, Peter Murphy, Steven Pettigrew and Gina Philp from Castle Gait Manor were whisked off to sunny Blackpool with staff members Sharon Cunningham, Natasha Lumsden and Jacqui Donaldson on the weekend of 10th October for a weekend break at the lavish Bond Hotel.
The weekend was full of fun and excitement with Maureen stating her favourite part was visiting Coral Island – the impressive amusement arcade
Peter said he liked the bacon and mushrooms at the Hotel for breakfast, Gina said she really enjoyed going for a wander around the Pleasure Beach and she was happy the weather stayed fair!
Whilst Janet said she enjoyed going to Annie Okleys at the South Pier and being dressed up in a big puffy dress! Janet, Maureen, Sharon and Jacqui were more than happy to put their glad rags on and pose for some photos while they were there!
