Braving the big freeze to get to work at Castle Gait Manor

The freezing temperatures and torrential wind and snow didn’t stop all of our staff making their way into work over the last 2 days, with one staff member even making the 7 mile journey on foot! An avid walker – Care Assistant David Cini put on his oil skins and left home as daylight broke to make his shift, on foot in the treacherous conditions, now if that isn’t dedication for you we don’t know what is. We would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to all staff who have went above and beyond to help out.
