At Abbotsford we embrace an interactive and creative style of recruitment. We actively look for talented individuals, who are strong communicators to work in our care homes. Communication skills are important when working within the Care Sector. We find our choice of recruitment through interactive group exercises is the most effective way of assessing these skills, which means you could have little experience or lots of experiences, but if you have passion, drive and enthusiasm you could be the candidate for us.
