Lochore Meadows

Today, our activities coordinator Ray asked Helen if she would like to go to Lochore Meadows, as it was such a nice day. Helen said yes and with some assistance from Ray, she was soon ready to go.
They walked down the high street to the bus stop and a bus came straight away. While on the bus, Helen said it was a nice day but a little cold.
Once they arrived at Lochore Meadows, they decided on having a walk to the Equestrian Centre to look at the horses. Helen soon spotted horses in the nearby fields. They then had a walk along by the loch, saying hello to everyone that passed by them.
They then decided to head to the new café, which had just recently been built, for some lunch. Helen chose her lunch from the menu then they took a seat. She told Ray that many years ago there used to be a dancing area where they were sitting.
Once lunch was over, they took a walk along to the jetty before heading for the bus back to Cowdenbeath.
When they returned, they had a look around Morrisons before returning to Chambers Court where Helen settled back in her unit with a cup of tea and thanked Ray for taking her out today.
