A travelling Snowman…

With the ‘Beast from the East’ causing chaos and havoc over the last few days, all of our dedicated staff team at EWM managed to make it into their work, some way or another and continued to provide the excellent care to our residents.
Residents in Coll Unit weren’t keen to brave the plummeting temperatures and chose to stay all cosy indoors. Staff members Kellie Henderson and Lee Robson decided to bring the elements into Coll and let residents see their very own handy work – a Snowman! They placed the Snowman in a large box and carried it in to let everyone see, there was looks of delight on everyone’s faces, which from all the pictures I’m sure you can see! This helped provide a sensory opportunity for the elderly residents and they really enjoyed touching the snow and admitting Kellie and lee’s handy work!
